Promotional (Website and App) Terms and Conditions (UK) 

These terms and conditions for promotions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) are offered by Euronet Payment Services Limited (“EPS”), trading as Ria Money Transfer, with company registration number 6975932 and registered office at Part 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU in the United Kingdom (the “UK”). EPS is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) in the UK under the Payment Services Regulations and is recorded on the FCA register under register number 504630.   

These Promotional Terms and Conditions relate to the favourable conditions for the payment services offered through the App or the Website. The Terms and Conditions for the provision of Money Remittance services and the use of the Website or the App (the “General Terms and Conditions”) also apply alongside these Promotional Terms and Conditions.  

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

For the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions: 

1. The term “App” refers to the Ria Money Transfer mobile application. 
2. The term “Website” refers to Ria’s official online platform (www.riamoneytransfer.com). 
3. The term “Payment Order” refers to a money remittance order placed by a customer through the Website or the App to send money to a beneficiary. 

We offer you the possibility to benefit from more favourable conditions, including but not limited to reduced fees, improved exchange rates or other promotional advantages when placing a Payment Order through the Website or the App (collectively, the “Promotions”).  

These Promotions may be made available at no cost to you, either automatically during the transaction process or through the insertion of a promotional code provided by Ria, as specified below.  

The following Promotional Terms and Conditions apply specifically to every Promotion offered by Ria at its sole discretion to you, subject to market conditions and you fulfilling the requirements set out below. Should any of the specified codes not apply the corresponding Promotion once entered into the Website or the App, this would indicate that the Promotion is not available to you. 

Unless expressly specified, the Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or promo code. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any of these Promotions at any time. You are solely responsible for any personal tax implications and compliance with applicable laws regarding these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Generic Statements 

1. Single-use and non-combinability. Unless expressly specified, Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or promo code. Each Promotion applies exclusively to one Payment Order per customer.  
2. App and Website availability. Promotions may apply either on the Website or the App. 
3. Destination country limitation. The availability of each Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent. Customers can check whether a Promotion applies by entering the associated code in the App or on the Website; if the code is accepted, the Promotion applies; if not, it is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

Promotions 

HELLORIA 
Use the code HELLORIA to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your first Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per customer and is available exclusively to new customers using the Website or the App. This Promotion may be combined with the “Welcome Rates” Promotion, if applicable. When this Promotion is offered to you automatically throughout the transaction process, you may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation. 

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

RIAx2 
Use the code RIAX2 to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your second Payment Order. 

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have already completed one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code can be used only once per customer, for a Payment Order made via the Ria Money Transfer Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

RIABACK 
Use the code RIABACK to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your next Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per person and is available exclusively to existing customers who have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2027. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Welcome Rates 

This Promotion may be applied automatically to you during the transaction process on the Website or the App when you make your first Payment Order so that you can enjoy better rates for converting the currency of your Payment Order to the currency in which the funds will be paid to the Beneficiary, compared to the rates offered by Ria to its App or Website users.  

This Promotion shall be made available at Ria´s discretion, depending on prevailing market conditions. You may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. Promotional FX rates offered are subject to change and may vary according to the amount sent. Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

PARTY26 
Use the code PARTY26 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”). 

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is available exclusively to existing customers who, on their birthday, have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

 This promotion expires on January 31, 2027. Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

VIP26 
Use the code VIP26 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their second year or more since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the Website or the App. 
The code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.  

 Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Use the code RIAx5x1 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their first year since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the Website or the App. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.
