Promotional (Website and App) Terms and Conditions (UK) 

These terms and conditions for promotions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) are offered by Euronet Payment Services Limited (“EPS”), trading as Ria Money Transfer, with company registration number 6975932 and registered office at Part 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU in the United Kingdom (the “UK”). EPS is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) in the UK under the Payment Services Regulations and is recorded on the FCA register under register number 504630.   

These Promotional Terms and Conditions relate to the favourable conditions for the payment services offered through the App or the Website. The Terms and Conditions for the provision of Money Remittance services and the use of the Website or the App (the “General Terms and Conditions”) also apply alongside these Promotional Terms and Conditions.  

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

For the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions: 

1. The term “App” refers to the Ria Money Transfer mobile application. 
2. The term “Website” refers to Ria’s official online platform (www.riamoneytransfer.com). 
3. The term “Payment Order” refers to a money remittance order placed by a customer through the Website or the App to send money to a beneficiary. 

We offer you the possibility to benefit from more favourable conditions, including but not limited to reduced fees, improved exchange rates or other promotional advantages when placing a Payment Order through the Website or the App (collectively, the “Promotions”).  

These Promotions may be made available at no cost to you, either automatically during the transaction process or through the insertion of a promotional code provided by Ria, as specified below.  

The following Promotional Terms and Conditions apply specifically to every Promotion offered by Ria at its sole discretion to you, subject to market conditions and you fulfilling the requirements set out below. Should any of the specified codes not apply the corresponding Promotion once entered into the Website or the App, this would indicate that the Promotion is not available to you. 

Unless expressly specified, the Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or promo code. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any of these Promotions at any time. You are solely responsible for any personal tax implications and compliance with applicable laws regarding these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Generic Statements 

1. Single-use and non-combinability. Unless expressly specified, Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or promo code. Each Promotion applies exclusively to one Payment Order per customer.  
2. App and Website availability. Promotions may apply either on the Website or the App. 
3. Destination country limitation. The availability of each Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent. Customers can check whether a Promotion applies by entering the associated code in the App or on the Website; if the code is accepted, the Promotion applies; if not, it is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Use the code HELLORIA to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your first Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per customer and is available exclusively to new customers using the Website or the App. This Promotion may be combined with the “Welcome Rates” Promotion, if applicable. When this Promotion is offered to you automatically throughout the transaction process, you may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation. 

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the Website or the App accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

RIAx2 
Use the code RIAX2 to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your second Payment Order. 

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have already completed one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code can be used only once per customer, for a Payment Order made via the Ria Money Transfer Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Use the code BACK4MORE to enjoy 0 (ZERO) GBP fees on your next Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per person and is available exclusively to existing customers who have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2026. 

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per person and is available exclusively to existing customers who have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2027.

Welcome Rates 

This Promotion may be applied automatically to you during the transaction process on the Website or the App when you make your first Payment Order so that you can enjoy better rates for converting the currency of your Payment Order to the currency in which the funds will be paid to the Beneficiary, compared to the rates offered by Ria to its App or Website users.  

This Promotion shall be made available at Ria´s discretion, depending on prevailing market conditions. You may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. Promotional FX rates offered are subject to change and may vary according to the amount sent. Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

JOYx5 
Use the code JOYX5 to receive the amount of 5 GBP which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”). 

To qualify for the Bonus, the Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount of 50 GBP. This promotion is available exclusively to existing customers who, on their birthday, have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the Website or the App. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.

Terms and Conditions for the Ria New Year Hamper Prize Draw

The Promoter

The promoter for the Prize Draw is Ria Financial Services Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 04263192 located at 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “RIA” or “The Promoter”). RIA is an agent of Euronet Payment Services Limited, which operates an international network for money remittances (“Euronet”). Euronet is a payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom under registration number 504630. Its registered office is at 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Ria Financial Services Limited and its affiliates involved in providing Ria money remittance/transfer services are collectively referred to as "Ria."

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged eighteen (18) or older at the time of sending a money remittance using the RIA money remittance service. Entrants must be registered customers of Ria at the time of entry and meet the "How to Enter the Prize Draw" requirements outlined below. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Ria, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter the Prize Draw

An Entrant will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw each time they send a money remittance with RIA (each a “Remittance Order”) using our Flagship Stores listed below:

-          Ria Baker Street. 75, Baker Street, London, W1U 6RE

-          Ria Elephant and Castle. 28b Arch Street, London, SE1 6AS

-          Ria Brixton. 411a Brixton Road, London, SW9 7DG

-          Ria Camberwell. 15, Camberwell Green, London, SE5 7AF

to any designated beneficiary ("Beneficiary") in any country. The Remittance Order must be processed and paid out to the Beneficiary during the Prize Draw Period to qualify. Remittance Orders that are cancelled or suspended for any reason will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
By entering, Entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation is also contingent on compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Ria money remittance service.

Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw begins on 22nd December 2025at 00:00 (BST) and ends on 11th of January 2026 at 23:59 (BST) ("Prize Draw Period").

The Prize Draw

The New Year Hamper Prize Draw will occur on 16th January 2026, where one winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries for each store.

Prizes

The Prize Draw will offer one (1) New Year Hamper, each containing a curated selection of holiday Latin-American treats and gifts, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of GBP £90 per hamper (“the Prize”).

Selection of the Prize Draw Winning Entrants

Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by a computer process overseen by RIA. If an Entrant is selected as a winner, they will not be eligible for further prizes in this Prize Draw. Additional draws may be conducted to select replacement winners if required.

Notification to Winning Entrants

Winning Entrants will be notified via text message, phone call, or email within ten (10) business days of the draw. Winners will be informed of the address where they can collect their Prize, which will be within the UK. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, their Prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected following the process described above.
Before receiving the Prize, winners must provide valid identification to RIA’s satisfaction. RIA reserves the right to withhold the Prize if the winner fails to provide such verification.

General Conditions

The decision of RIA regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final. The Prize cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash by the winner. However, RIA reserves the right to provide an equivalent substitute if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

RIA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Prize once it has been collected. RIA reserves the right to suspend or modify the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen events beyond its control or in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance with these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be submitted to the courts in the United Kingdom.

Data Privacy

Entrants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with RIA’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.riamoneytransfer.com/en-us/privacy-policy/. By entering the Prize Draw, Entrants confirm they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
