Promotional Terms and Conditions (EEA) 

These terms and conditions for promotions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) are offered by RIA Lithuania UAB, a company incorporated in the Republic of Lithuania with registered number 305592651, whose registered address is at Ukmergės g. 126, LT-08100, Vilnius, Lithuania. We trade under the name 'Ria' and have a payment institution license No. 52, issued by the Bank of Lithuania on 26 November 2020. This authorizes us to provide digital money remittance services throughout the European Economic Area. These Promotional Terms and Conditions relate to those services. 

The Terms and Conditions for the provision of Money Remittance services and the use of the Ria Money Transfer mobile application or Ria Money Transfer website (the “General Terms and Conditions”) also apply alongside these Promotional Terms and Conditions.  

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

For the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions: 

1. The term “App” refers to the Ria Money Transfer mobile application. 
2. The term “Website” refers to Ria’s official online platform (www.riamoneytransfer.com). 
3. The term “Payment Order” refers to a money remittance order placed by a customer through the App or the Website to send money to a beneficiary. 
4. The term “Local Currency” means the official currency of the country in which the customer is registered in the App and/or Website. 
5. Promotions may be available on the App or on the Website, depending on the country of sending. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether they have access to the App or the Website in their country. 

We offer you the possibility to benefit from more favorable conditions, including but not limited to reduced fees, improved exchange rates or other promotional advantages when placing a Payment Order through the App or the Website (collectively, the “Promotions”).  

These Promotions may be made available at no cost to you, either automatically during the transaction process or through the insertion of a promotional code provided by Ria, as specified below.  

The following Promotional Terms and Conditions apply specifically to every Promotion offered by Ria at its sole discretion to you, subject to market conditions and you fulfilling the requirements set out below. Should any of the specified codes not apply the corresponding Promotion once entered into the App or the Website, this would indicate that the Promotion is not available to you. 

Unless expressly specified, the Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or promo code. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any of these Promotions at any time. You are solely responsible for any personal tax implications and compliance with applicable laws regarding these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Generic Statements 

1. Single-use and non-combinability. Unless expressly specified, Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or promo code. Each Promotion applies exclusively to one Payment Order per customer.  
2. App and Website availability. Promotions may apply either on the Website or the App, depending on the country where the customer is registered with Ria for the provision of Ria’s digital money remittance services. It is each customer’s responsibility to verify whether they have access to the App or the Website in their country before attempting to benefit from a Promotion. 
3. Destination country limitation. The availability of each Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent. Customers can check whether a Promotion applies by entering the associated code in the App or on the Website; if the code is accepted, the Promotion applies; if not, it is not available for you and/or for that destination. 
4. Minimum Payment Order and Bonus amounts. Some Promotions require a minimum principal amount in local currency. The applicable minimum amounts, as well as the Bonus amounts that will be added to the Payment Order, are listed in the table titled “Minimum Amounts per Currency & Added Amount” of these Promotional Terms and Conditions. 

Promotions 

HELLORIA 
Use the code HELLORIA to enjoy 0 (ZERO) fees in your Local Currency on your first Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per customer and is available exclusively to new customers using the App or the Website. This Promotion may be combined with the “Welcome Rates” Promotion, if applicable. When this Promotion is offered to you automatically throughout the transaction process, you may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation. 

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. 

Please note that this Promotion may not be applicable in all countries. Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the App or the Website accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination. 

Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

RIAx2 
Use the code RIAX2 to enjoy 0 (ZERO) fees in your Local Currency on your second Payment Order. 

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have already completed one Payment Transaction using the App or the Website. 

The promo code can be used only once per customer, for a Payment Order made via the Ria Money Transfer App or the Website.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028.

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the App or the Website accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

RIABACK 
Use the code RIABACK to enjoy 0 (ZERO) fees in your Local Currency on your next Payment Order. 

This promotion is limited to one (1) Payment Order per person and is available exclusively to existing customers who have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the App or the Website.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2027.

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App or on the Website: if the App or the Website accepts the code, the Promotion applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Welcome Rates 

This Promotion may be applied automatically to you during the transaction process on the App or the Website when you make your first Payment Order so that you can enjoy better rates for converting the currency of your Payment Order to the currency in which the funds will be paid to the Beneficiary, compared to the rates offered by Ria to its App or Website users.  

This Promotion shall vary from one country to another and shall be made available at Ria´s discretion, depending on prevailing market conditions. You may choose not to proceed with the transaction and thereby decline the benefit of this Promotion by abandoning the transaction prior to its confirmation.  

This promotion expires on January 31, 2028. Promotional FX rates offered are subject to change and may vary according to the amount sent. Standard fees and charges may still apply.  

PARTY26 
Use the code PARTY26 to receive an additional amount in your Local Currency, which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”). 

To qualify for the Bonus, your Payment Order must meet a minimum principal amount in your Local Currency. The required amount, as well as the corresponding Bonus amounts added to the Payment Order are listed in the Table of Minimum Amounts per Currency & Added Amount below. 

This promotion is available exclusively to existing customers who, on their birthday, have previously completed at least one Payment Transaction using the App or the Website. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. VIP26 
Use the code VIP26 to receive an additional amount in your Local Currency, which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, your Payment Order must have a minimum principal amount in your Local Currency. The required amount, as well as the corresponding Bonus amounts added to the Payment Order are listed in the Table of Minimum Amounts per Currency & Added Amount below.  

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their second year or more since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the App or the Website. 
The code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. RIAx5x1 
Use the code RIAx5x1 to receive an additional amount in your Local Currency, which will be added directly to the principal amount of your Payment Order (the “Bonus”).  

To qualify for the Bonus, the money transfer transaction must have a minimum principal amount in your Local Currency. The required amount, as well as the corresponding Bonus amounts added to the Payment Order are listed in the Table of Minimum Amounts per Currency & Added Amount below. 

This promotion is exclusively available to existing customers who have completed their first year since ordering their first Payment Transaction through the App or the Website. 

The promo code may be used only once, and the Bonus applies to a single Payment Order per customer.  

Availability of this Promotion depends on the country to which the money is sent, and Ria reserves the right to exclude certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Customers can verify applicability by entering the code in the App: if accepted, the Bonus applies; if not, the Promotion is not available for you and/or for that destination.

Table of Minimum Amounts per Currency & Added Amount

Promotion – Winback May 2026

50% discount on the Customer Fee for one money transfer carried out through Ria’s own stores and authorized agents (the “Promotion”)

1. The Provider

This Promotion shall be organized and administered by the relevant Ria group entity corresponding to the Customer’s territory of residence, based on the information recorded with Ria, from among the entities identified in the table included as Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (the “Organizing Entity”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to “Ria” shall be deemed to refer to the Organizing Entity applicable to the Customer’s territory.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion may be communicated by Ria by means of an SMS message sent to the initial recipient, for information purposes only and as a commercial communication regarding the existence of the Promotion.

Only existing Ria customers to whom the Promotion has been granted, at Ria’s sole discretion, may benefit from the Promotion (the “Customer”).

Receipt of the SMS shall not, in and of itself, guarantee application of the Promotion, which shall in all cases remain subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service, which shall govern such service and shall apply on a supplementary basis to any matter not expressly provided for in these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 30 April 2026 at 00:00 a.m. and ends on 31 May 2026 at 23:59 p.m. (local time in the Customer’s country of residence) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. The Offer and application criteria

Ria shall apply a 50% (fifty percent) discount to the fee charged to the Customer (the “Customer Fee”) in respect of the next money transfer initiated by the Customer during the Promotion Period through Ria’s own stores and authorized agents in the Customer’s country of residence, according to the information held by Ria.

You may locate your nearest Ria store and/or authorized agent at www.riamoneytransfer.com.

The Promotion shall apply only to the money transfer service. This promotional code may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or promotional code offered by Ria.

The discount shall not be redeemable for cash, nor for any other goods, services, benefit or consideration, and may not be substituted, in whole or in part, except by express decision of RIA for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions upon completion of the money transfer order in respect of which the Customer benefits from the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and strictly conditional upon the Customer’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant money transfer, which have been separately notified to and agreed with the Customer.

5. General conditions

The Promotion may not be substituted, assigned or transferred by the Customer.

Ria reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control.

Ria reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the Promotion if it reasonably suspects or obtains evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the terms and conditions applicable to Ria’s money transfer service.

Ria shall not assume any liability for any inaccurate information received from the Customer, any delay in the availability of a Ria money remittance to a designated beneficiary, or the suspension or cancellation of a Ria money remittance in accordance with Ria’s terms and conditions and/or the laws and regulations applicable to Ria’s money remittance service.

In the event of cancellation, reversal or nullification of the transaction, the Customer shall not be entitled to receive, in cash or in any other form, the economic value of the discount, nor to have the Promotion automatically reactivated, except by express decision of RIA.
