1. Register an ABA Bank account in Cambodia as a beneficiary on the Kyodai app or website.

2. Send an eligible remittance to Cambodia.

3. Your first eligible transaction during the campaign period will receive the ¥0 transfer fee benefit.

One ¥0-fee transaction per eligible new customer.

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

Ria Kyodai Remittance offers this promotional campaign exclusively to new customers.

Eligible customers can send their first remittance to ABA Bank account in Cambodia with zero transfer fee during the promotional period.

2. Campaign Period

October 1, 2026, 00:00 (JST) to December 31, 2026, 23:59 (JST).

3. Eligibility

This promotion is available only to new Ria Kyodai Remittance customers who make their first eligible remittance transaction during the campaign period.

For this campaign, a new customer is a customer who has not previously completed a remittance transaction through Ria Kyodai Remittance.

4. Promotional Benefit

Eligible customers will receive zero transfer fee on their first remittance transaction sent to an ABA Bank account in Cambodia.

The promotion applies to the remittance transfer fee only. Any other applicable charges, taxes, or fees, if any, are not included unless otherwise stated.

5. Eligible Destination

The zero-commission offer applies only to remittances sent to ABA Bank accounts in Cambodia.

Remittances sent to other banks, financial institutions, or correspondents in Cambodia are not eligible for this promotion.

6. One-Time Use

The promotion is limited to one eligible transaction per new customer.

After the customer's first eligible transaction, subsequent transactions will be subject to the standard applicable fees.

7. General Conditions

• The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

• Eligibility is subject to Ria Kyodai Remittance's customer registration and transaction requirements.

• Ria Kyodai Remittance reserves the right to refuse or cancel the promotional benefit if a transaction is found to be ineligible, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of applicable terms and conditions.

• Ria Kyodai Remittance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

១. ចុះឈ្មោះគណនីធនាគារ ABA នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ជាអ្នកទទួលប្រាក់ នៅលើកម្មវិធី (App) ឬគេហទំព័រ Kyodai។

២. ផ្ញើប្រាក់ដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ទៅកាន់គណនីធនាគារ ABA នោះ។

៣. ប្រតិបត្តិការដំបូងដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលយុទ្ធនាការ នឹងទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ថ្លៃសេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ ¥0។

ប្រតិបត្តិការថ្លៃសេវា ¥0 បានតែមួយដង សម្រាប់អតិថិជនថ្មីដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ម្នាក់ៗ។

• អតិថិជនដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ អាចផ្ញើប្រាក់ទៅកាន់ គណនីធនាគារ ABA នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការដំបូង ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃសេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលយុទ្ធនាការនេះ។

២. រយៈពេលយុទ្ធនាការ

• ចាប់ពី៖ ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ម៉ោង ០០:០០ (ម៉ោងនៅជប៉ុន)

• ដល់៖ ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ម៉ោង ២៣:៥៩ (ម៉ោងនៅជប៉ុន)

៣. លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការចូលរួម

• ការផ្តល់ជូនពិសេសនេះ សម្រាប់តែ អតិថិជនថ្មី របស់សេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai ដែលធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ញើប្រាក់ដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ជាលើកដំបូង ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលយុទ្ធនាការប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

• អតិថិជនថ្មី សំដៅលើអតិថិជនដែលមិនធ្លាប់បានធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ញើប្រាក់តាមរយៈសេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai នាពេលកន្លងមក។

៤. អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃយុទ្ធនាការ

• អតិថិជនដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ នឹងទទួលបាន ការលើកលែងថ្លៃសេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ (¥0) សម្រាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ញើប្រាក់លើកដំបូង ទៅកាន់គណនីធនាគារ ABA នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

• ការផ្តល់ជូននេះ អនុវត្តចំពោះ តែថ្លៃសេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ (Remittance Transfer Fee) ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

• រាល់ការកាត់ថ្លៃផ្សេងៗ ពន្ធ ឬថ្លៃសេវាផ្សេងទៀត (ប្រសិនបើមាន) មិនស្ថិតក្នុងការលើកលែងនេះឡើយ លើកលែងតែមានការបញ្ជាក់ផ្សេងពីនេះ។

៥. គោលដៅផ្ញើប្រាក់ដែលទទួលបានការផ្តល់ជូន

• ការផ្តល់ជូនឥតគិតថ្លៃសេវា (¥0) នេះ អនុវត្តចំពោះ តែការផ្ញើប្រាក់ទៅកាន់គណនីធនាគារ ABA នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

• ការផ្ញើប្រាក់ទៅកាន់ធនាគារផ្សេងទៀត គ្រឹះស្ថានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ឬភ្នាក់ងារទូទាត់ផ្សេងទៀតនៅកម្ពុជា មិនទទួលបានការផ្តល់ជូនពីយុទ្ធនាការនេះទេ។

៦. ការប្រើប្រាស់បានតែមួយដង

• ការផ្តល់ជូនពិសេសនេះ កំណត់ត្រឹម មួយប្រតិបត្តិការ ដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ សម្រាប់អតិថិជនថ្មីម្នាក់ៗ។

• បន្ទាប់ពីប្រតិបត្តិការដំបូងត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ ប្រតិបត្តិការជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ នឹងត្រូវគិតថ្លៃសេវាតាមអត្រាធម្មតា។

៧. លក្ខខណ្ឌទូទៅ

• ការផ្តល់ជូននេះ មិនអាចរួមបញ្ចូលជាមួយការផ្តល់ជូនពិសេសផ្សេងទៀតបានទេ លើកលែងតែមានការបញ្ជាក់ផ្សេងពីនេះ។

• ការចូលរួម ត្រូវអនុលោមតាមតម្រូវការចុះឈ្មោះអតិថិជន និងប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់សេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai។

• សេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការបដិសេធ ឬលុបចោល អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃយុទ្ធនាការនេះ ប្រសិនបើពិនិត្យឃើញថាប្រតិបត្តិការនោះមិនមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានការក្លែងបន្លំ ការភូតភរ ឬល្មើសនឹងលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានកំណត់។

• សេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការកែប្រែ ផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់ យុទ្ធនាការនេះតាមការចាំបាច់ ដោយអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន។

• រាល់ប្រតិបត្តិការផ្ទេរប្រាក់ទាំងអស់ ត្រូវស្ថិតនៅក្រោមច្បាប់ បទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន និងលក្ខខណ្ឌទូទៅរបស់សេវាផ្ទេរប្រាក់ Ria Kyodai។
