Send love this Diwali with Ria and Paytm

If you’re looking to send money to your loved ones in India this holiday, the Ria app is the fastest way to go. Your gift can be transferred in two minutes or less when sending to a Paytm mobile wallet.

Diwali is the festival of prosperity, love and appreciation — and giving gifts is the go-to way to express your gratitude.

At Ria, we make it easy to deliver your gifts to those who matter most. We’ve teamed up with Paytm to complete money transfers to India at record-breaking speeds. Most money transfers will arrive in your recipient’s Paytm mobile wallet in two minutes or less.

And as always, we also offer cash pickup and bank as delivery methods in India.

Sending to a Paytm wallet

Mobile wallets are like the physical wallets we carry with us daily — just on your phone. They can be used to receive, store, and spend money.

To send money to a Paytm wallet, you’ll need to have the Ria app. You can download it now via the App Store or Google Play, or by scanning the following QR code:

On the app:

  1. Tap Send or Send money now
  2. Enter Send money details and chose Mobile wallet as the Delivery method
  3. Review and tap Continue
  4. Select or add a recipient
  5. Enter the Mobile wallet details
    a. Choose wallet provider
    b. Enter the Wallet mobile number
  6. Add the information for Payment method and follow prompts. Tap Continue
  7. Review details of the transfer and tap Confirm
