We have 3 main categories of jobs:
The "SALES" team: the sales functions prospect, engage and retain our network of partner agents in order to ensure the development of our business!
Our "STORES" : a true showcase for our company, our branch staff are in constant contact with our clients. They handle money transfer and currency exchange transactions with the sole objective of always providing the best possible service!
Our "BUSINESS PARTNERS" : coordination, harmonization, and support are the key principles of our support functions. Whether it's the Marketing, Finance, Compliance, or Human Resources departments, all our teams are working diligently to ensure the development and monitoring of our business!

1. A tailored integration program
One of the keys to our commitment and the collective success of our company is to create an enriching and fulfilling work environment for all employees, right from their arrival.
We also offer an onboarding program to all new employees, regardless of their role, at the crucial moment of their start date. This program allows them to discover all the functions within the company, understand the challenges related to our business, and immerse themselves in our culture.

Promoting diversity through professional diversity is one of our priorities, with the definition of specific objectives in the areas of recruitment, training and professional advancement.
Ria France is committed to and is a signatory of the Charter for Diversity.

3. Professional equality between women and men
Ria supports the government's initiative to promote gender equality within companies. For several years, Ria has implemented a policy and performance indicators to monitor its gender equality efforts. Furthermore, in accordance with current regulations, we have established a system for assessing gender equality through an index.
In the year 2025, Ria obtained a score of 91 out of 100 points .
The detailed indicators are as follows:
1. The gender pay gap, calculated from the average pay of women compared to that of men, by age group and by category of equivalent positions, out of 40 points: 36 points
2. The gap in individual salary increase rates between women and men, on a 35-point scale: 35 points
3. The percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave, if raises occurred during the period of leave taken, out of 15 points: 15 points
4. The number of employees of the underrepresented sex among the 10 employees who received the highest remuneration, out of 10 points: 5 points.
We are determined to continue our continuous improvement approach , and are pursuing our action with the ambition of achieving a score of 100/100.
For the indicators where Ria did not achieve the maximum score, the following improvement targets have been set:
Regarding the gender pay gap calculated from the average pay of women compared to that of men, by age group and by category of equivalent positions:
• Guarantee fair compensation for employees in identical situations, neutralizing, where possible, the impact of certain absences;
• Ensure equal pay at hiring between women and men in identical situations (experience, level of education, position held, etc.);
• Promote diversity within sales teams.
Regarding the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees:
• Ensure continued equal treatment between women and men with regard to salary progression and internal promotion to management or executive positions
• Analyze career developments by gender
• Maintain, as far as possible, a balance in the allocation of promotions and merit-based raises.
Ria France reiterates that professional equality between women and men is a fundamental element of the company's social policy.
4. An ambitious disability policy
The Group's disability policy is based on 4 main levers:
To implement an employment policy open to people with disabilities,
Develop privileged relationships with external entities for the execution of certain missions,
Develop privileged relationships with organizations dedicated to the professional integration of disabled workers,
Raising staff awareness of disability in order to facilitate their integration.
Ria is strengthening its long-term commitment to the employment of people with disabilities with the signing of a company agreement relating to disability (2018), and the implementation of these measures in an agreement relating to quality of life at work (2019).
5. Quality of life at work at the heart of our approach
Driven by strong convictions, Ria's commitments to quality of life at work translate into ambitious actions on a daily basis.
Ria is a signatory to a company agreement on quality of work life (2019). Through this agreement, the company aims to continuously improve the quality of work life for its employees through various initiatives. Whether it concerns the work environment and conditions, work-life balance, or health and safety, Ria integrates this quality of work life policy into all its actions.

Ria encourages its employees' civic engagement by offering them the opportunity each year to participate in community events and support non-profit organizations.
