If your money transfer has not been paid out, the money transfer will be cancelled, and we will refund the amount of the money transfer, including the transfer fee. Service and funds availability may vary based on a variety of factors including without limitation: the service(s) selected, delivery options selected, amount sent, destination country, currency availability, regulatory matters, consumer protection matters, identification requirements, delivery restrictions, agent location hours, and differences in time zones. When the beneficiary receives payment in local currency, a retail currency exchange rate that provides revenue to Dandelion Payments, Inc. dba Ria Money Transfer shall be applied in addition to any fees.
