To begin, download the app from the App Store for iOS devices or from Google Play for Android devices. When opening the app, you can: create an account, check prices, or log in if already registered.

Steps to create an account:

1. Confirm your country

Get started by selecting the country you are sending money from. Confirm the location or choose your country from a drop-down menu.

2. Provide a phone number

Please enter the phone number of the mobile device you used to download the Ria app.

3. Verify your phone

Secure your account with multi-factor authentication. Enter the one-time password you’ll receive in order to verify your phone number.

4. Create a password

Create a password with at least 8 characters including: 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number. Then check the box to accept the terms, privacy policy and electronic agreement.

5. Tell us about yourself

Enter details like your first name, last name, email, date of birth, occupation and referral code. Then let us know if you’d like to receive our promotions, discounts and other special offers.

6. Fill in your address

Next simply enter your country, street, city, state or region and postal code into the app.

7. Your account is created!

Here your account is verified. If you already have an existing account, you’ll be prompted to recover your password. Otherwise, your new account is created. You’re ready to start sending.
