We know how important it is for you to reach your loved ones, so we’ve made sure the process of sending money is as easy as possible. Whether you’re new to sending money or have been relying on the service for years, our Ria Money Transfer app brings you access to our latest features so you can transfer funds overseas quickly and safely, knowing where your money is every step of the way.

Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide to making the most of the Ria Money Transfer app. Whether you’re a new or existing customer, these are some key app features you don’t want to miss. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, you can visit Google Play or the App Store to create your free account.

1. Logging In Using Face ID

Phones tend to hold personal information, especially if you use them to send money. To keep your contact and payment information safe, we feature secure login methods to access your account in the Ria Money Transfer mobile app. You can log in using facial recognition, which only grants access to you. To activate it, click under Profile & Settings and switch on Face ID.

2. Finding Ria Locations

Whether you’re sending money or picking it up, you’ll want to find the most convenient Ria location. With our location finder, all you need to do is type in the address, city, state, or zip code, and a pick-up location list will be created for you. No confusing guesswork!

3. Checking Prices

Begin checking prices by selecting the orange Send button at the bottom of the screen while logged in. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to check the rate first!

Select a destination and amount to be sent. Once these are defined, you’ll be able to choose how you want your recipient to receive the money and how you want to pay. Review the final rate and select Continue.

4. Recipient Information

To keep your money safe, it can only be collected by your recipient. For this reason, we’ll need some information to help us verify their identity at pick-up. We only ask for a few details: legal name, phone number, email, and the city and state they live in. Triple-check that the name appears exactly as it does on their government-issued ID to ensure the order can be collected.

5. Choosing How They Receive the Money

Let’s make sure we’re sending the money to the nearest location or through the most convenient method. You’ll be able to choose between cash pickup, bank deposit, mobile wallet, or home delivery depending on the options available in the receiving country.

If you choose pick-up, select a location from the list provided or from the Locations dropdown. If you choose a bank deposit, enter their bank name, account number, account type, and the city it’s located in.

6. Payment Information

Your order can be paid through a bank account, by debit or credit card, or in cash at a Ria location. Some countries offer additional payment methods too.

If you choose to pay by bank, credit, or debit card, you’ll be asked to provide the payment information. If you prefer paying in cash, a barcode will be sent to your email, which you can present at any 7-11 / PayNearMe within 24 hours to complete your transfer.

7. Reviewing Order Details

Carefully review the order details and edit if necessary. Otherwise, confirm the transfer and your money will be on its way!

8. Sharing Order Details

Lastly, once you’ve created your money transfer, your recipient will need the order details to pick up the money. To do so, select Share Order Details and choose your preferred messaging app, including text, WhatsApp, and email. Then voilà! Your recipient will have all they need in a matter of seconds.

The best part? You don’t need to wait a second longer. Download the Ria Money Transfer app for iPhone or Android today and experience the difference of fast, simple, and secure money transfers.

The Ria Money Transfer App is currently available in the US, Canada, Chile, Australia, Malaysia, and select countries in Europe.
