Safekeeping of funds. Deposit in a segregated account

In accordance with the applicable legislation, regarding the requirements for the safekeeping of funds received from payment service users or through other payment service providers for the purpose of executing payment transactions, Ria Payment Institution EP, SAU has decided to apply the system of safekeeping in a segregated account, based on the conditions set out in Article 10(1)(a) of Directive 2015/2366/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015.
