Terms and Conditions for the "Africa Cup Frankfurt 2026" Sweepstakes

2. Name and Date of the Event

The sweepstakes takes place as part of the "Africa Cup Frankfurt 2026" event on June 13, 2026 .

3. Eligibility to Participate

Only natural persons are eligible to participate,

  • who have reached the age of 18,

  • who are personally present at the "Africa Cup Frankfurt 2026" event on June 13, 2026,

  • and who meet the participation requirements described below.

Employees of the organizer and persons involved in conducting the sweepstakes may be excluded from participation.

4. Participation in the Sweepstakes

Participation occurs through:

  1. downloading the Ria app via the QR code provided during the event,

  2. registering in the app with your full name, phone number, and email address.

Participation is only possible on the day of the event.

The participation period begins on June 13, 2026 at 09:00 and ends on June 13, 2026 at 18:00 .

Registrations received after the participation period ends will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected on June 13, 2026 at 18:30 using the Easypromos platform by random draw in a transparent process.

A total of:

  • 3 main winners and

  • 3 alternate winners

will be drawn.

6. Prizes

1st Prize

A PlayStation 5 Digital Edition .

2nd Prize

A Douglas gift voucher worth 250 EUR .

3rd Prize

A travel voucher for a round-trip flight to Africa for the winner and one companion.

The following conditions apply to this prize:

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the event date.

  • The maximum total value of the flight is 2,000 EUR.

  • Flight booking is arranged in coordination with the winner.

  • The flight price applies exclusively to travel to one of the African countries whose teams officially participate in Africa Cup Frankfurt 2026. The choice of destination is limited to these countries. Flights to other destinations are excluded from this prize.

  • The responsible provider of this prize is:

    as the event organizer.

Ria Lithuania UAB assumes no liability for complaints, claims, or other disputes arising in connection with this prize or its redemption. Yoonu UG (limited liability) is solely responsible for the execution and processing of this prize.

7. Winner Notification

After the draw, winners will be contacted by phone.

The organizer will make up to three contact attempts using the phone number provided during registration.

If a winner cannot be reached after three contact attempts or does not respond within a reasonable time, the prize claim expires. In this case, the corresponding alternate winner will be contacted.

8. Cash Payment and Transferability

Cash payment of prizes and exchange or transfer to third parties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Exclusion from the Sweepstakes

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes for violations of these terms and conditions, false information, or attempted manipulation.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the sweepstakes will be processed exclusively for conducting the sweepstakes, identifying and notifying winners, and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Further information on data processing is contained in the privacy policy of the Ria app.

11. Final Provisions

Legal action is excluded.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies, insofar as no mandatory legal provisions preclude this.

12. Free Participation

Participation in the sweepstakes is free. The purchase of goods or services is neither required nor does it increase your chances of winning.

13. Prize Acceptance

The winner must accept the prize within 7 calendar days after successful contact. If no response is received within this period, the prize claim expires and the corresponding alternate winner will be contacted.

14. Special Conditions for the Flight Prize

The third prize includes a round-trip flight to Africa for the winner and one companion with a maximum total value of 2,000 EUR.

The specific flight connection, destination, travel dates, and availability depend on the offers available at the time of booking. There is no claim to specific airlines, travel times, or destinations.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not payable in cash.

Any tax obligations arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

15. Technical Disruptions

The organizer assumes no liability for technical disruptions, network failures, server outages, software issues, mobile connection problems, or other technical problems that impair or prevent participation in the sweepstakes.

16. Modification or Termination of the Sweepstakes

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for good cause if proper conduct cannot be guaranteed for legal, technical, or organizational reasons.

17. Release of Platform Operators

This sweepstakes is not connected to Apple, Google, Meta (Facebook or Instagram) and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them.
