Protection of funds.

Deposit of funds in a segregated account. In accordance with the applicable legal regulations regarding the requirements for the protection of funds received from payment service users or received through other payment service providers for the purpose of executing payment transactions, Ria Payment Institution, EPSAU has opted for the system of protection in segregated accounts under the conditions set out in Article 10.1(a) of Directive 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015.
