OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The “RIA GIVES BACK DIGITAL PROMOTION” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 am on July 1, 2021 (all times Mountain Time) and ends at 11:59 pm on July 31, 2021 (the “Contest Period”), during which four (4) winners (each, a ,“Winner”) will be selected from eligible entries to each receive one (1) $400.00 Amazon digital gift card, as more fully set forth below. Entry in the Contest does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ria Telecommunications of Canada, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada. Entrants must be of the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, employees of any prize supplier and members of the immediate family or household of any of the above persons are not eligible to enter the Contest.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You may enter the Contest two ways: (1) by completing a money transfer transaction through www.riamoneytransfer.ca or the Ria Money Transfer App during the Contest Period; (2) by mail: to enter by mail, without purchase or obligation, send a letter with your first and last name, address, email address, birth date and telephone number, legibly hand-printed or typed, to RIA Canada, 3038 Hurontario St., Unit 6 & 7, Mississauga L5B 3B9 Ontario, Attention: Marketing/Ria Gives Back Digital Promotion. Limit one entry per entrant per week, limit one prize per entrant. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to comply with and to be bound by these Official Rules. If your entry is incomplete, then your entry will be void.

The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
SELECTION OF WINNER, SKILL QUESTION AND RELEASE
Entries will only be accepted during the Contest Period. Potential winners will be selected through random draws from among all eligible entries received by the close of the corresponding drawing periods as outlined in Section “HOW TO PARTICIPATE.” Drawings will be held at Sponsor’s offices.
Each potential winner will be contacted by email within three (3) business days following the drawing. If the selected potential winner does not contact Sponsor to claim his or her Prize within three (3) days of receiving notice of the selection or the Sponsor is unable to make contact with the selected potential winner within three (3) business days of the selection date, another potential winner will be selected in accordance with these Contest Rules.
Prior to be being declared an official Winner, each selected potential winner must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
In addition, prior to being declared an official Winner, each selected potential winner must complete and sign a Declaration and Release (a “Release”). The selected potential winner will have seven (7) days to return the signed Release to the address identified. If a selected potential winner does not return the signed Release within seven (7) days, that potential winner will be declared ineligible and another potential winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. In the Release, each selected potential winner will confirm his/her eligibility for the Contest, his/her compliance with these Official Rules and agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. Further, the Release will provide that each selected potential winner releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, respective advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest or any Prize awarded. The Release shall state that by accepting the Prize, the Winner will hold all of the Releasees harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of this Contest and use of any Prize. Each Winner assumes all liability for any injury, damage or loss of any kind caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or by the use or redemption of any Prize.
ENTRIES AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none shall be returned. Each entry involved provides the entrant’s personal information to the Sponsor. By entering this Contest, all entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and disclosed as the Sponsor deems necessary to administer the Contest. Each entrant agrees that if selected as a Winner, the Sponsor and the applicable prize supplier may use his/her personal information (including name, email address, address, and/or telephone number) to administer the Contest and deliver the Prize. Further, in the Release, each Winner shall agree to the use of his/her name, location (city and province only), photo and/or image on video, in print, and/or on the Internet for publicity or informational purposes relating to this Contest, without further notice or compensation. All personal information is collected by Sponsor solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent.
RIGHTS RESERVED
The Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions relating to the administration of the Contest; all such decisions are final and not subject to appeal. In the event that the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, errors in programming, printing, distribution or production errors or any other errors or other causes of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which affect the administration, security, integrity or conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to amend, terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, without advance notice.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual that they deem, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be disqualified or ineligible to enter the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek any available legal remedy in connection with any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest.

GENERAL
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to comply with and to be bound by these Official Rules, and with the decisions of the Sponsor, which are irrevocable and shall be legally binding in all instances.
Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (c) failed, incomplete, distorted, corrupted, or delayed computer transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that disrupts or effects the administration, security, integrity or conduct of this Contest; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize (which is also subject to the terms of the Release), or from participation in the Contest; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
By entering this Contest, entrants expressly acknowledge that these Official Rules have been prepared in the English language. Any version of these Official Rules in any other language has been provided for reference only. In the event of a dispute, the English language version of these Official Rules shall govern.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest or these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, provincial, and local courts of Ontario, Canada. For Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited
