If you think there was an error or a problem with your money transfer:

You must contact us within 180 days of the date we promise you that the money will be made available to the recipient. When you do so, tell us:
Your name and address or telephone number;
The error or problem that occurred with the transfer, and why you believe it was an error or problem;
The name of the recipient of the payment, and the person's telephone number or address, if you know;
The dollar amount of the transfer, and
Transaction number.
Within ninety (90) days after you contact us, we will determine if an error occurred and we will promptly correct any errors. We will notify you of the results within three (3) business days of completing our formal investigation. If we determine that there is no error, we will send you a written explanation. You can request copies of any documents we used in our investigation.
What to do if you want to cancel a money transfer:
You have the right to cancel the money transfer within thirty (30) minutes of payment and be refunded all amounts paid to us, including any fees if:
Your request allows us to identify you and your address or telephone number and that particular money transfer; and
The transferred money has not been received by the recipient you nominated or transferred to the bank account of the recipient you nominated.
To cancel your transaction, you must contact us at (800) 500-3994 within thirty (30) minutes of payment for such transfer.
We will refund your funds within three (3) business days of your request to cancel the transfer, provided that the funds have not been received by your designated recipient or deposited into your designated recipient's bank account.
